Randcoin Vintage Collector Auctions is your one-stop auction house for Coins, Banknotes and collector items from around the world. We are based in Randburg, Gauteng - located in South Africa. Our offices offer safety and accessibility for any potential bidders that wish to view our catalogue.

History
Randcoin Vintage Collector Auctions is the sister company of Randcoin, a well known numismatic dealer trading since 1980 in quality gold and silver coins, banknotes, medals and other collectables. We also actively trade in Gold Krugerrands, Silver Krugerrands, Silver Bullion, Platinum and Palladium coins which are bought and sold.
In earlier years we previously published The South African Coin Catalogue, later incorporating banknotes issued over a 20 year period - this became regarded as the primary reference catalogue for collectors.
The first publication was the 1981 / 1982 South Africa Coin Catalogue with 8 issues until 1993 / 1994. The first combined coin and banknotes issue was the 1995 / 1996 South Africa Coin and Banknotes Catalogue with 3 issues until 2002 / 2003 - with other publications becoming available thereafter.
Permission was granted by the South African Reserve Bank for publication of the SA banknotes in colour in a reduced size.
